Accounts and organizations
Sign in, activate an account, switch organizations, and understand roles and access.
Sign-in and activation
Organ supports authenticated sessions through the configured identity providers. Invitation or activation links can initialize an account through the public signup flow. Expired or invalid capabilities cannot be reused.
The account menu provides sign-out and identity context. Personal profile editing and self-service password management depend on the configured identity provider and are not full in-product workflows.
Organization membership
Users may belong to more than one organization. The organization switcher changes the active tenant context and refreshes the accessible venture list.
Roles are:
- Owner: organization administration and highest tenant-level control.
- Admin: elevated organization and venture management.
- Member: standard venture use.
- Viewer: read-oriented access where supported.
What organization settings cover
Available organization settings include general details, AI model defaults, secure credentials, source-control and project-management connections, agents, subscriptions, and deletion controls. See Organization and billing.
What to expect
- Membership actions depend on your role and the controls enabled for the organization. Contact an administrator when an invite, removal, or role action is not shown.
- Support articles are currently authored in English.
- Moving a venture directly between organizations is not a standard workflow; contact your Organ administrator before recreating or migrating data.
