Analytics and health

Understand usage analytics, cost telemetry, workflow health, and the diagnostics available in Organ.

Product analytics

The product records selected usage and conversion events through configured analytics services. Cookie consent controls eligible browser analytics. Server events may record operational or security-relevant actions where configured.

Organ does not track your venture's commercial performance. Use the venture's connected analytics and reporting systems for revenue, growth, and customer measurement.

Cost and usage telemetry

Cost Analytics is application telemetry built from workflow records, phase logs, Brain versions, and an hourly compute-attribution view. It is separate from product-behavior analytics and separate from the billing-provider ledger.

Developer phase logs can show live token counters followed by finalized input, output, prompt-cache, model, and estimated-cost detail. Non-Developer workflow pages generally expose run-level token and cost totals, with less phase-level depth.

See Compute, tokens, and model selection for formulas and attribution guidance.

Health and diagnostics

Venture Health and Content Health are product workflows with broader diagnostic goals. Workflow detail pages expose execution errors and phase state so you can distinguish a failed provider call, missing access, a waiting approval, and a completed result.

Reliability

Developer workflow reliability views can show failures, recovery activity, execution state, and related delivery evidence. Other workflow detail pages provide the status, output, errors, and actions that apply to that workflow.

When a workflow appears stale:

  1. confirm whether it is waiting for input or approval;
  2. inspect the most recent phase and event;
  3. verify the connected provider and resource access;
  4. use the retry, cancel, or recovery action shown for that state;
  5. contact support with the venture, workflow ID, time, and visible error.

Do not include credentials, access tokens, or other secrets in a support message.
