Organization settings and billing
Manage tenant details, subscription state, feature limits, and destructive organization actions.
Organization settings manage shared access and billing; use them to check subscription status, spending controls, and organization details.
You can

Manage your subscription and checkout
Start or continue a trial
Eligible workspaces with no previous subscription receive a 7-day trial with $10 credit. Returning workspaces subscribe without another trial.
The trial starts as first-time setup begins, before Maya helps create a venture. Leaving setup does not restart it.

- Open Settings → Billing to compare plans and add a payment method.
- Use Choose a plan in chat or the run drawer if trial credit runs out.
- Retry eligible failed work after restoring billing access; subscribing does not restart it automatically.
The public Pricing page sends signed-in users to checkout for their active organization. Trial eligibility depends on that organization's subscription history.
Changing plans replaces an unfinished checkout for a different plan. Existing subscribers use the billing portal for subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices.
What happens when a subscription ends?
When a subscription is canceled or its incomplete signup expires, new scheduled agent work is blocked before execution. Scheduled occurrences record the billing block; this does not delete or rewrite the schedule.
A cancellation requested for period end does not end access immediately. Active or trial access remains until the subscription status actually changes.
The ended-subscription restriction also applies to organizations with billing exemptions. Restore billing access before retrying eligible failed work.
Understand what you pay for

Your own key bills matching calls directly to that provider. Compute is accounted for separately.
New checkout subscriptions include compute and token usage meters. Subscription credits and metered invoicing are applied separately, so recorded usage and invoiced amounts can differ.

Choose spending controls
Plans can limit venture creation and show subscription status. Venture cost views and configured thresholds help owners monitor use.
The monthly venture spend limit includes model usage, compute, and money reserved for unfinished work.

Platform-paid model calls can use even a small remaining allowance. Further calls are blocked once it is exhausted; venture spend limits and compute capacity checks still apply.

Use provider-side budgets and cloud controls alongside Organ's limits. Recorded usage is not a reconciled provider invoice.

Where are Venture Policies available?
Venture Policies are not available to customer ventures.
Check before deleting an organization
Organization deletion is role-gated and destructive. Confirm data retention and repository ownership before proceeding.
External repositories, provider accounts, and externally published content may remain. Handle them separately.
