Organ Support

Organization settings and billing

Manage tenant details, subscription state, feature limits, and destructive organization actions.

General settings

Organization settings hold tenant identity and configuration used across its ventures. Access depends on role.

Settings include:

  • organization details;
  • AI model defaults;
  • secure credentials;
  • source-control and project-management connections;
  • platform-level agent configuration where permitted;
  • subscription and entitlement information;
  • organization deletion controls.

Subscription and checkout

Pricing and checkout can create or update a subscription through the configured billing provider. Webhooks synchronize subscription state and entitlements back to the organization.

The subscription has three financial layers:

  1. a flat platform fee;
  2. a plan-specific monthly compute-credit allowance for agent runtime;
  3. model-token usage, paid through your provider credential where supported or through the configured metered path.

New checkout subscriptions attach compute and token usage meters. During the seven-day trial, configured trial credits are applied before metered usage is reported.

Cost Analytics and the billing invoice serve different purposes. Analytics explains operational attribution; the invoice applies subscription terms, credits, meter timing, and billing-provider rounding.

The product also supports waitlist and activation flows for rollout-controlled access.

Limits and spending

Plans can limit venture creation and expose subscription status. Venture AI cost views and configured thresholds help owners monitor use.

The venture spending threshold uses recorded model cost, including Brain synthesis, and excludes compute. It can restrict supported new work, but it does not cancel active workflows. Use provider-side budgets and cloud controls when a strict financial ceiling is required.

Available subscription actions can vary by deployment and billing provider. If an invoice, payment method, tax, cancellation, or plan action is not shown, contact your Organ administrator.

See Compute, tokens, and model selection for the accounting model and Resources, domains, plans, and costs for venture-level views.

Deleting an organization

Organization deletion is destructive and role-gated. Confirm data-retention and repository ownership before proceeding. External repositories, provider accounts, and content already published outside Organ may remain and must be handled separately.
