Platform tour
Understand the dashboard, venture workspace, navigation, onboarding, and global product surfaces.
Core concepts
An organization is the tenant and subscription boundary. A venture is a business being created or operated inside that organization. A venture contains its goals, team, connections, work, usage, and outputs.
The platform uses two scopes:
- Organization scope contains the venture portfolio, membership, provider credentials, subscription, and organization settings.
- Venture scope contains one venture's home, inbox, work, team, connections, AI configuration, and usage.
The venture switcher changes the active venture. Access is always checked on the server; changing a URL does not grant access to another organization or venture.
Main navigation
After you open a venture, the sidebar groups the workspace into five practical areas. Expand a sidebar item or use the section navigation in the page to move between its views.
| Area | What you find there |
|---|---|
| Home | The venture overview, goals, work in progress, recent deliveries, and next steps. |
| Inbox | Decisions, approvals, escalations, and other items waiting for you. |
| Work | Runs, content review, publishing destinations, and generated assets. |
| Team | Departments and the venture knowledge built from real work and conversations. |
| Settings | Usage and budget, connections, AI and compute options, and organization settings. |
The venture selector changes which venture these areas refer to. Content is inside Work, Knowledge is inside Team, and Usage & budget is inside Settings. Runs replace the older separate Pipelines and Tasks destinations. Advanced model routing and compute sizing appear under Settings → AI & Compute; most operators can leave those defaults unchanged.
Onboarding
New users are guided through account activation and organization setup. To add a venture, choose New venture from the venture list. Maya then guides the setup as a conversation:
- Tell Maya about the idea, problem, or business you want to pursue. A polished pitch is not required.
- Answer her follow-up questions while she builds the live venture brief.
- Review the brief and the proposed venture identity.
- Connect a repository when the venture needs code work, or continue without one for general venture work.
- Open the workspace when Maya presents the new team.
Maya creates the venture and assembles its initial team from the confirmed context. From Home, set a goal, chat with a teammate, or choose New work to give a department its first assignment. Provider keys, connections, budget, and advanced AI options can be configured later in Settings.
Global search and support
Support search indexes the articles in this center. Use each product area's own filters and search controls for venture records.
Organ-managed agents can search the same public article collection through the
search_support MCP tool. Agent search does not include private
product-management documentation or venture data.
Public surfaces
The landing page, pricing, waitlist, blog, legal pages, sign-in, activation, and this support center are public. Venture data, organization settings, and workflow operations require an authenticated session.
