Organ Support

Platform tour

Understand the dashboard, venture workspace, navigation, onboarding, and global product surfaces.

Core concepts

An organization is the tenant and billing boundary. A venture is a business being created or operated inside that organization. A venture contains its strategy, departments, resources, AI agents, work, costs, and outputs.

The platform uses two scopes:

  • Organization scope contains the venture portfolio, organization settings, subscription, and organization-level agents.
  • Venture scope contains one venture's dashboard, workflows, team, resources, strategy, content, and costs.

The venture switcher changes the active venture. Access is always checked on the server; changing a URL does not grant access to another organization or venture.

Onboarding

New users are guided through account activation and initial organization setup. Venture creation then captures enough context to establish a workspace. Some configuration can be added later:

  1. Create or select an organization.
  2. Create a venture and supply its name, description, and relevant business context.
  3. Connect source control and project management.
  4. Add secure credentials and select AI models.
  5. Define strategy, goals, and departments.
  6. Add or generate agents.
  7. Start work from Pipelines or a task creation action.

Global search and support

Support search indexes the articles in this center. Use each product area's own filters and search controls for venture records.

Organ-managed agents can search the same public article collection through the search_support MCP tool. Agent search does not include private product-management documentation or venture data.

Public surfaces

The landing page, pricing, waitlist, blog, legal pages, sign-in, activation, and this support center are public. Venture data, organization settings, and workflow operations require an authenticated session.
